- Vinification
- Fermentation mostly in concrete for around 10 to 12 days. Malolactic in concrete and/or stainless steel, cold stabilisation outdoors or in conditioned steel tanks, then some months in concrete, steel and plastic. Unoaked. Bottled usually in April-May of the year after harvest.
