Barolo from the Berri cru at the western edge of the zone, aimed at drinkability and immediacy, with fruit, sweet ripeness and freshness. The producer says it can be drunk right after release.

Planted in 2007 and 2008
Vinification
Fermentation in concrete for around 12 to 14 days, then 6 to 7 days of post-fermentative maceration, about 3 weeks of total skin contact. Malolactic in oak, then around 20 months in 52 hl and 25 hl Garbellotto oak barrels, a few months in concrete, and bottling usually in April-May of the year before release.
