Red
Dogliani
By Trediberri, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
The estate's Dolcetto, made to bring out the vinous side of the grape. Slightly tannic, with a spicy finish.
Tasting notes
Not very complex mid-palate, slightly tannic, with a lingering, spicy and refreshing, almost peppery finish.
Pairs well with
Saffron risotto, sarde in saor, caponata, fried crescentine with mortadella and squacquerone
