Tasting notes
Bright garnet colour. Fresh fruit alternating with menthol and sweet spice; body and acidity balanced on an important structure, with sweet, persistent tannins at the finish.
Pairs well with
Piedmontese agnolotti, first courses with wild boar sauce, guinea fowl, well-aged cured meats.
