Organic Albugnano DOC from Nebbiolo grown in one of only four small municipalities of the Asti area where the variety has its historical home.
Tasting notes
Bright garnet colour. Fresh cherry, hints of leather, ferrous and slightly spicy notes; balanced and delicately tannic with good persistence.
Pairs well with
Grilled, roasted or stewed red meats, strong or blue cheeses.

- Fermentation in steel tanks for 10 to 12 days, 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged 12 months in 20 hl barrels, 3 months in steel and 6 months in bottle.
