White
Cinque
By Olivero Mario, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
A Manzoni Bianco (Riesling crossed with Pinot Bianco) planted in 2016 and aged in oak and steel. The producer describes a wine that keeps changing in the glass.
Tasting notes
Intense yellow with golden reflections. White flowers and grapefruit over a delicate, lingering base of hydrocarbon notes. Rich in volume and persistence, with fleshy and sometimes exotic fruit on the finish.
