Soft powder pink. Intense, spicy, delicate nose with a harmonious finish. Pleasant freshness and savouriness.

- Early September, hand-picked into 20 kg perforated plastic crates
- Vineyard planting
- Guyot trellis with 8-10 buds per fruiting cane; yield 60 quintals of grapes per hectare
- Vinification
- Soft pressing after about 6 hours of maceration on the skins, then temperature-controlled fermentation for about 20 days. Rests in stainless steel until bottling.
