Sweet, lightly sparkling red made from partially fermented must, 5 to 6% alcohol.
Tasting notes
Red with violet reflections and a creamy foam. Floral and fruity nose with raspberry and blackberry. Berry fruit, sweet with a pleasantly fresh acidity.

- Second ten days of September, hand-picked into 20 kg perforated plastic crates
- Vineyard planting
- Guyot trellis with 7-9 buds per fruiting cane; yield 100 quintals of grapes per hectare
- Vinification
- Maceration for 4-5 days at a controlled 10 °C, then re-fermentation in pressure tanks for about 14 days at 15 °C. Residual sugar 100-120 g/l, alcohol 5 to 6% vol.
