White
Sauri
By Maciot, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
An orange-style, skin-fermented Sauvignon Blanc from the new plantings at Roasino, aged sur lie.
Tasting notes
Nervy, full, surprising and always changing, with the body of a red and the fruity, tropical aromas typical of Sauvignon Blanc; neither white nor red, the estate calls it orange.
Pairs well with
Aged and blue cheeses, first courses, white meats, seafood.
