A Chardonnay from the Bussia, planted in 1992 on the initiative of Paolo Sartirano. Aged six months on its lees.
Tasting notes
Exotic notes of banana, mango and apricot; intense and persistent, with a distinctive biscuit hint on the finish. Deep straw-yellow colour, tropical fruit on the nose, soft on the palate with a marked mineral note.
Pairs well with
Starters, shellfish, white meats, blue cheeses.

- Harvest is by hand; it usually starts in September with Chardonnay, then Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo in autumn.

- Vinification
- Short skin maceration, then immediate pressing; the must settles about 12 hours at low temperature and ferments at no more than 15 C. Aged about six months on the fine lees (batonnage), then lightly filtered.
