A Riserva built from a selection of grapes from the Bricco, the estate’s highest vineyard at close to 400 m. Aged 36 months in large Slavonian oak.
Tasting notes
Complex aromas of spice, dried flowers, undergrowth and exotic spice; garnet red with orange reflections. Excellent concentration of fine, sweet tannins, long and persistent; notes of black pepper, light vanilla and rhubarb.
Pairs well with
Large game, roasts, boiled meats, mature and aged cheeses.
