Tasting notes
Ruby red; wild strawberry and fresh notes typical of the variety, pleasantly spicy. Gentle and easy-drinking on the palate.

Cured meats, grilled meats, game, aged cheeses.

- Grown on a ridge of medium fertility where the clay is lightened by a good amount of sandstone; the mineral richness favours balance and savouriness.
