Tasting notes
Light golden yellow with a fine, persistent perlage; intense and complex on the nose with floral and fruity notes and elegant hints of yeast, pastry and toasted hazelnut, fresh and lively on the palate with an enveloping foam.
Pairs well with
Very versatile at the table, especially good with shellfish and seafood.
