Tasting notes
A brilliant, pale straw-yellow sparkling wine, sapid and fresh on the palate, with aromas of golden apple, chamomile flowers and mountain herbs and a balsamic finish.
Pairs well with
An elegant aperitif, good with finger food, sushi and sashimi.
