Il Poggio di Gavi Nuvole sul Poggio

The summer wine of the range: fresh, clear and pure, from a single south-east facing vineyard and best young.

Tasting notes

Yellow streaked with green highlights, with sage and marjoram, lime and bergamot, distant exotic yellow fruit. Apple on the palate, closing savoury, dry, decisive and linear.

Pairs well with

Raw fish, salt-baked white fish, eggs with asparagus, raw vegetables, pasta with pesto, vegetable tortelli, pumpkin risotto, mortadella sandwiches, ham tramezzini, summer salads with tuna and egg.
