A Barolo Riserva made only in the best vintages, first released in February 2016 with the 2010 vintage; production is about 1,400 bottles plus around 100 magnums, from grapes yielding 5,000 kg per hectare.

- Vinification
- 5-7 days maceration in temperature-controlled rotary fermenters at 25-30 C. After drawing off, decanted into stainless steel tanks for the precipitation of deposits, remaining there until the end of sugar and malolactic fermentations. Aged in small French oak barrels, 50% new and 50% used, for 24 months. Then blended in steel tanks for 6 months, bottled and left to mature for about 30 months before release.
