Gaudio - Bricco Mondalino Ciaret

Ciaret (the dialect name the producer uses for this Monferrato Chiaretto DOC rose) blends 85% Barbera and 15% Syrah, 13-14% ABV, with a short press maceration and lees aging in autoclave, aging potential 4 years.

Tasting notes

Light red color with bright pink reflections. Cherry and strawberry on the nose. Freshly fizzy, fruity and savory on the palate.

Pairs well with

Pizza, steak tartare.
