Barbera del Monferrato Vivace DOC is a lightly sparkling (frizzante) young Barbera, 100% Barbera, 13-14% ABV, made in autoclave to retain natural CO2, with an aging potential of 3-4 years.

Tasting notes

Cherry red color. Cherry and sour cherry on the nose. Fruity, full, lively and fresh on the palate.

Pairs well with

Pizza, steak tartare, fresh cheese.
