Red
Seifile
By Fiorenzo Nada, Barbaresco, Piemonte, Italy
A limited-production blend of very old Barbera (planted 1946) and Nebbiolo Lampia from Rombone (1964).
Tasting notes
Old-vine Barbera brings richness and harmony, and Rombone Nebbiolo adds austerity. A deep, savoury red that suits rich dishes.
Pairs well with
Richly flavored foods, pasta, red meats and cheeses, or simply during moments of serene conversation.
