Barolo DOCG dedicated to company founder Armando Parusso, blending Nebbiolo grapes from the Mariondino, Mosconi and Bussia crus and aged a minimum of 18 months in small oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Ruby red, almost garnet. Wide, deep-rooted nose of ripe fruits and liquorice. Soft on the palate, harmonious, fresh, delicate in tannins, rich in red fruit.

Pairs well with

Delicate meat dishes such as grilled or oven-cooked fillet, or first courses such as ravioli and tagliatelle al ragu, truffled foods and aged cheeses.

Vinification
After a soft pressing the grapes undergo a long maceration; alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts without the use of sulphites, with careful control of maceration times and temperature. Aged a minimum of 18 months in small oak barrels in contact with its indigenous yeasts, then refined in bottle at a controlled temperature of 15°C.
