A 100% Nebbiolo from the Serraboella and Bricco di Neive vineyards in Neive, fermented spontaneously in steel and aged in Slavonian oak casks. First made in 2009.
Pairs well with
Roasts and grilled white and red meats, pasta with meat sauces, risottos and soups, medium aged cheeses, cured meats.

- Guyot training; vines average 8 years old in Serraboella and 5 years old in Bricco di Neive; yield about 50 to 55 quintals per hectare; all vineyard work done by hand, no herbicides, natural grass cover cut by hand.
- Vinification
- Spontaneous fermentation in steel tank for about 20 days, with natural tartaric precipitation in the winter cold. Aged in Slavonian oak casks of 20 and 25 hectolitres.
