Made from the estate's most vigorous vineyards. Ruby red with violet highlights, fruity and fragrant on the nose, harmonious and dry on the palate, medium-bodied.

- Guyot-trained vines about 15 years old, altitude around 600 m, 10 buds per vine at pruning
- Vinification
- Grapes are pressed and destemmed, fermented with temperature control in steel tanks with 5 to 7 days of maceration and daily pump-overs, then racked off, put through malolactic fermentation, matured in steel and bottled in spring.
