The estate's classic Dogliani DOCG, made by traditional methods without forced processing to preserve the delicacy of its aromas. Deep, dense ruby red, with lively fruity and spiced notes on the nose and a blackberry finish; soft and rich on the palate, with good freshness and balance.

- Vinification
- Grapes are pressed and destemmed, fermented with temperature control in steel tanks with 6 to 8 days of maceration and daily pump-overs, then racked off, put through malolactic fermentation, matured in cement tanks and bottled after a period of refinement.
