Tasting notes
Deep ruby purple in color, fine and appealing on the nose with well-defined fruity and vanilla notes, generous and substantial on the palate.

- Guyot-trained vines about 25 years old, altitude around 600 m, 6 to 8 buds per vine at pruning
- Vinification
- Grapes are pressed and destemmed, fermented with temperature control in steel tanks with 10 to 14 days of maceration and daily pump-overs, then racked off, put through malolactic fermentation, matured in steel and barrel, and bottled in late autumn.
