A Barbaresco from Neive, aged 24 months in new barriques, with spice, blackberry and liquorice notes.
Tasting notes
Enveloping, full and persistent, with notes of spice and blackberry and blueberry jam. The structure is elegant, velvety and rich on the palate, with pleasant closing notes of star anise and sweet liquorice.
Pairs well with
Perfect with roasted meats, game, aged cheeses, and truffle dishes.

- Soft pressing, long fermentation and skin maceration with repeated cap punch-downs, natural settling, malolactic fermentation, aged in new barriques for 24 months; the wine is blended in its third year, then bottled and refined a further 6 months in bottle.
