Tasting notes
Pastel ruby red in colour, with an intense, elegant scent of dried rose petals. Sweet, aromatic, smooth and fresh on the palate, naturally frizzante from fermentation.
Pairs well with
An after-dinner wine; pairs with dry pastries, and is excellent with strawberries and other berries.
