Red
Debutto
By Col dei Venti, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
A structured, long-lived Barolo from vineyards in La Morra and Serralunga, aged 36 months in new barriques before bottling.
Tasting notes
A masterpiece of balance and harmony, a high expression of terroir and grape variety. Ruby red in colour, with a rich, spicy scent; an austere, long-lived wine with dense, almost silky tannins.
Pairs well with
Excellent with roasted meats, game, aged cheeses, and truffle dishes.
