Ruby red. Full, intense bouquet of flowers and fruits of the forest. Dry, warm, smooth palate, engaging and fresh.

- Fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 5 to 7 days, followed by a period of ageing in stainless steel; bottled the following August.
