Claudio Alario's first Barolo, born in this Verduno vineyard in 1995. Fine tannic structure, an elegant palate and a distinctive character.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with garnet highlights. Full, intense bouquet of ripe fruit and spices. Dry, warm, smooth palate, nicely tannic and persistent.

- Guyot-trained vines, over 30 years old, at a density of 4000-5000 plants per hectare. About 1 hectare, altitude around 350 m. First vintage produced 1995.
- Vinification
- Fermented in temperature-controlled tanks for 15 days. Aged 12 months in French barriques (50% new), then 12 months in large barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
