Tasting notes
Ruby red with violet highlights. Full, intense bouquet of ripe fruit with tropical notes. Dry, warm, smooth palate, nicely tannic, with silky fluidity.

- Guyot-trained vines, over 60 years old, the estate's oldest Dolcetto vineyard, at a density of 4000-5000 plants per hectare and very low yields (below 5.0 tonnes per hectare). About 2 hectares, altitude around 350 m, in the highest part of the natural amphitheatre; planted since the 1950s. First vintage produced 1988.

- Fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 7 to 8 days; malolactic fermentation and ageing also carried out in steel, about one year.
