Red
Sorano
By Claudio Alario, Langhe, Piemonte, Italy
The municipality of Serralunga d'Alba has always produced Barolo wines with thicker and deeper tannins. Sorano stands out for its fullness of flavour, enhanced with 12 months in barriques followed by 12 months in large barrels.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with garnet highlights. Full, intense bouquet of ripe fruit and balsamic notes. Full palate with a taut finish and austere tannins.
