A single-parcel Barbaresco from old vines in the Serracapelli cru that Paolo Monte always considered the vineyard's most distinctive, hand-harvested by mid-October and produced in very limited quantities.
Tasting notes
This Barbaresco Serracapelli Dedicato a Paolo presents a deep garnet color, revealing an intricate bouquet of dried roses, tar, licorice, and forest floor. The palate is powerful and structured, with firm tannins and a profound, lingering finish.

- Vinification
- Fermentation and vinification are kept at a controlled temperature never exceeding 27-28°C. Malolactic fermentation in steel is followed by a period in wood and then a long rest in bottle, made in very limited quantities.
