A Langhe Nebbiolo from vineyards planted in the early 2000s, macerated for about 10 days at controlled temperature and aged mainly in steel to preserve its freshness and drinkability.
Tasting notes
The Langhe Nebbiolo Ca' di Monti shows a brilliant ruby red, with delicate notes of red berries, violet, and a hint of spice, offering a medium-bodied palate with fine tannins and a refreshing acidity.

- Maceration lasts about 10 days with frequent daily pumping-over. Vinification stays below 30°C and malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. Ageing mainly in steel, with only light, non-invasive contact with wood (preferably not new), preserves the wine's dynamic character and drinkability.
