Tasting notes
Dense garnet red. Pure ripe raspberry with mineral, herbaceous and conifer tones. Solid structure with firm tannins and a long finish.

- Hand-sorted fruit in 20 kg baskets; 40 days maceration in open-top wooden vat, then a static maceration under a submerged cap; 20 months in large Slavonian oak and 2 months in steel, then 26 months in bottle (2010 data sheet for the Rabajà Barbaresco).
