Tasting notes
Classic garnet red. Clean and precise nose of strawberries, violets, ferns and black pepper. Long and flavoursome, with wonderful balance.

- Hand-sorted fruit in 20 kg baskets; 20 days maceration in stainless steel with daily punching down; 18 months in large Slavonian oak, 3 months in steel and 15 months in bottle; bottled without fining or filtration (2011 data sheet).
