Red
Cascina Nuova
By Elvio Cogno, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Barolo blended from the estate's youngest vineyards, meant as a more immediate and approachable introduction to the appellation. Aged 24 months in large Slavonian oak.
Tasting notes
Bright garnet red with orange tints. Scents of flowers and light, delicate spices. Rounded, juicy and fresh in the mouth, with a harmonious, mineral and aromatic finish.
Pairs well with
Tasty meat dishes such as braised and roast beef, game, mature cheeses.
