Arneis from several organically farmed Roero vineyards, aged in concrete and bottle. About 3,100 to 3,500 bottles a year, plus 54 magnums.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with marked green reflections. Fruity nose with spicy notes, pleasant and delicate. Dry, elegant palate with balanced structure, persistent finish, a lively acidity and a slight tannic touch; immediate and satisfying.
Pairs well with
Aperitifs, fresh fish and shellfish dishes, also white meats.

- Blend of several organically farmed Arneis vineyards, worked almost entirely by hand and picked by hand at different times.
- Vinification
- Native-yeast fermentation from a pied de cuve made with grapes from the estate's own vines; separate picks to balance acidity, savouriness and depth; part classic white winemaking, part skin maceration. 6 to 8 months in concrete, then 6 months in bottle.
