Sparkling
Cirimleta
By Cantina di Tortona, Colli Tortonesi, Piemonte, Italy
Cirimleta is Cantina di Tortona's frizzante Cortese, a variety the cooperative describes as typical of the area between the Oltrepo and Piemonte, grown on the clay-limestone soils of Viguzzolo and Villaromagnano and finished with the Martinotti method.
