Moscato d'Asti DOCG from Moscato Bianco vines up to 70 years old in the Valdivilla vineyard, bottled and matured for 60 months in cases of sand before release.
Tasting notes
Straw-yellow with golden hues, broad and enveloping bouquet of citrus, mint, sage and acacia honey, sweetness balanced by acidity and a light effervescence, a finish that grows more complex over time.
Pairs well with
Spoon desserts, fruit or cream cakes and dry pastries; also raw fish, foie gras, cheeses and aged salamis.

- Vinification
- Soft pressing of slightly overripe grapes, followed by a long stay on selected yeasts until the following spring in stainless steel autoclaves at 0C. Fermentation continues at controlled temperatures between 16/18C until 5% ABV. Once bottled, the wine is placed for 60 months in cases filled with sand, in the dark, at controlled humidity and isolation.
