Piemonte DOC Sauvignon grown in Calamandrana at 250 m altitude, fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees until spring.
Tasting notes
Straw-yellow with green reflections, herbaceous with hints of white fruit on the nose, fresh and vertical on the palate, with a sapid acidity between white pulp and vegetal nuances.
