Fabè
By Ca'd'Gal, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
Barbera d'Asti DOCG grown in Calamandrana, fermented with the emerged cap technique and aged 9 months after bottling.
Tasting notes
Ruby red, with a cheerful, contemporary character and aromas of small red fruits, particularly sour cherry, raspberry and currant, affable and elegant on the palate, revealing more complexity over time.
