Tasting notes
Straw-yellow with golden reflections, great freshness, liveliness and persistent bubbles, with fragrances of elderflower, moss and peach and final hints of citrus and sage.
Pairs well with
Traditional holiday desserts, and also shrimp, oysters and other seafood with pronounced salinity.
