Tasting notes
Ruby red with amaranth hues, with distinct notes of wild strawberries and ripe cherries mixed with white lily, playful on the palate with a crisp acidity, easy drinking, long and harmonious, with soft corollary tannins.

- Vinification
- Destemming and crushing of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel autoclave at controlled temperatures between 24/28C using the emerged cap technique for 8/12 days, with continuous punching down and pumping over. Bottled the summer after harvest and aged at least 3 months.
