Gavi from a single vineyard planted in 1989 for the birth of Filippo Broglia, in a natural amphitheatre facing Gavi's medieval village. 13.5% alcohol, ageing potential 10 to 15 years.
Tasting notes
Light straw yellow with green reflections. Fresh and fruity with white flowers; dry with an almond note.
Pairs well with
Fish starters, roasted or sauced fish, white meat.
