Gavi named for the estate's founder, from the 1953 single vineyard and aged about 36 months on the lees in steel. 13.5% alcohol, ageing potential 15 to 20 years.

Tasting notes

Deep light straw yellow. Delicate, very persistent and fruity on the nose; dry, clean and harmonious, with a distinct minerality.

Fish dishes and shellfish.
