Tasting notes
Colour: very intense ruby red. Nose: broad and persistent, with plum, aromatic herbs and spice. Palate: full and harmonious, soft and structured.

- Vinification
- Dolcetto macerates about a week and Barbera about 10 days, with controlled-temperature pump-overs; malolactic fermentation follows. Part of the wine ages about 12 months in third-passage barriques, part in steel tanks; the two parts are blended one month before bottling.
