Tasting notes
Deep straw yellow. Sweet vanilla with fresh fruit and white flowers, a light herbal note with hints of bread crust and toast. Full, enveloping entry; good acidity and minerality from soil and exposure give a notable, long finish.

Fish dishes or rabbit roulade.
