Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow. Fruity, with intense varietal notes of white flowers, citrus, acacia, tropical fruit and passion fruit, which in bottle turn mineral with hydrocarbon notes. Intriguing, unexpected entry; good acidity and minerality from soil and exposure give a notable aromatic persistence and longevity.
Pairs well with
Raw fish, baked fish and grilled shellfish.
