Tasting notes
Deep ruby with violet reflections. Clean, elegant nose of ripe red fruit and sweet vanilla. Full and austere on entry, with light acidity that keeps it fresh and carries a long finish echoing the aromas.
Pairs well with
Agnolotti quadri with roast gravy.
