Tasting notes

Ruby red with a floral, fruity scent. Soft, dry, with a light bitter aftertaste. A light, lively young wine, not suited to ageing.

Vinification
Vinified for about 4 to 5 days on the skins, with the cap often wetted with the must and careful control of fermentation temperature. Refined in tank and completed in bottle for at least another month.
